How to Ship — Step by Step
- 1Open the Mercari app and go to your sold item.
- 2Tap "Arrange Shipping" and select らくらくメルカリ便.
- 3A QR code will be generated. Go to FamilyMart (Famiport machine) or 7-Eleven (7-Eleven terminal).
- 4Scan or enter the QR code at the machine and print the shipping label.
- 5Pack your item and attach the label. Hand it to the counter staff.
- 6Mark as shipped in the Mercari app.

Q: What if my item is slightly over 3cm?
The machine or staff may measure the package. Items over 3cm will be upgraded to 60-size (¥750), which still ships anonymously via Rakuraku Mercari-bin.
Q: Can I drop off at the post office?
No. Nekoposu uses Yamato Transport, not Japan Post. Drop off at FamilyMart, 7-Eleven, a Yamato office, or a PUDO locker.
