Steps
- 1Open the Mercari app → go to your sold item → tap "Arrange Shipment"
- 2Select "7-Eleven" as your drop-off location
- 3You will see a QR code (or a 13-digit barcode number)
- 4Go to the 7-Eleven Multifunction Copier (near the back of the store)
- 5Tap "Scan Barcode" on the top screen
- 6Scan the QR code, or enter the number manually
- 7The machine prints a shipping label — attach it to your package
- 8Bring the labeled package to the register and say: "Haitatsu onegaishimasu" (はいたつおねがいします)
- 9Get your receipt — keep it until delivery is confirmed
Tips
- ✓The multifunction copier is usually near the back or side wall
- ✓You need a printed label — you cannot just drop off without one
- ✓Available 24 hours
What to Say at the Register
After printing your label and packaging your item, bring it to the cashier and say:
「はいたつおねがいします」
Haitatsu onegaishimasu
"Please ship this" / "Delivery, please"
You can also just place the package on the counter and show them the label — they will understand.

Tips for Non-Japanese Speakers
- The QR code does all the work — scan it and the machine prints the correct label automatically.
- If the machine asks a question you don't understand, tap the button that has a checkmark (✓) or proceed (次へ / 確認).
- Cashiers are used to this process — just hand over the labeled package, they will weigh/scan it.
- Keep your app open with the QR code ready before approaching the machine.
- PUDO stations often have English on-screen instructions.
